7.0的确有很多不同之处
在Android 7.0以前的开发中使用到PopupWindow来显示内容，是这样。

但是在7.0机器是跑到顶部，郁闷置顶，我找到了

完美解决了我的问题，不过代码不兼容，所以做了如下整理优化：
