Quartus：119013 Current license file does not support the EP4CE6E22C8 device
出现这个问题主要原因是由安装了多个quartus版本，license文件混乱造成的问题。
解决办法：在license Setup界面选择正确的license文件路径。

另外提示，Quartus在2018年已经推出了多个lite版本，免费使用，不需要许可。在license Setup界面不需要填写任何内容。
