安装
1、xcode9.3 macOS 10.13.4
在终端输入： brew install python3
2、安装完报错
Error: An unexpected error occurred during the `brew link` step
The formula built, but is not symlinked into /usr/local
Permission denied @ dir_s_mkdir - /usr/local/Frameworks
Error: Permission denied @ dir_s_mkdir - /usr/local/Frameworks
执行brew doctor

3、中文编码出错的问题

解决办法：
>>> import sys
>>> reload(sys)
>>> sys.setdefaultencoding('utf8')
>>> '中文'.encode('utf-8')
'\xe4\xb8\xad\xe6\x96\x87'
