如何看待在解决问题时候，尽量的先暴露问题，不要顺手解决问题的做法。让领导和同事先知道出现问题，有这个问题的存在，无论大小，你再去处理问题，而不是顺手解决问题，让人不知道这个问题存在过并且还是你解决的。所以学会正确的浪费时间往往也可以对工作之外却又和工作相关的东西起作用。
