Eating is very important to everyone. I'll show you some eating habits that I think is healthy.

Firstly, breakfast. I always eat some bread, eggs and milk for breakfast at home. And also you can eat some fruits. But remember, never eat very cold food or something greasy. They can make you unhealthy. 

Secondly, lunch. In China, there is a sentence: For lunch, you should eat like an emperor. I always eat meats, vegetables, soup and the most important things are rice, noodles, etc. You should eat food very well. 

Last one, dinner. In the U.S.A., dinner is the most important. At dinner, I always drink some milk and eat some fruit. It makes me stronger and taller. I also eat vegetables and soup too. Pay attention! Do not eat ice-cream after dinner. It will make you fat and unhealthy.
