1.JCVI
1).下载地址:
JCVI就是python版本的McscanX:https://github.com/tanghaibao/jcvi/wiki/MCscan-(Python-version).
2)安装软件(我的conda可能那里没处理好,只能先创建环境,再安装):
conda create -n jcvi
conda activate jcvi
conda install jcvi
conda install last

4).高亮的表示方法(染色体id少于5个,软件默认不显示id,即使指定展示id)
(1)除了可以在collinearity.anchors.simple前加上r*,b*,g*,y*,结果是高亮block,还可以选择RGB颜色https://www.sojson.com/rgb.html。例如:

5).修改染色体id和字体大小。
