I think the most important characteristic I care about is transportation. Firstly, if the transportation is not convenient , it will cost me a lot of time on travelling. Like I have to work everyday, if I have to spend much time on the way everyday, it would be a huge time wasted. Secondly, a convenient transportation would also save me money. Taking subway would be much cheaper than taking a taxi or buying a car, and taking subway is fast and punctual .
