Many young people spend a lot of time online without the supervision and management of their parents. Unrestricted use of the Internet of things will bring many problems. First of all, this kind of behavior is a waste of time and will delay many things. Secondly, it's easy to get addicted to the Internet and stay up late. Staying up late causes physical discomfort, and you can't get up on time the next day. Finally, if young people spend a lot of time online, it will lead to problems of eyes and obesity, and they are not interested in sports.
