20190218晚上10点20分,10分钟,奥兰朵老师《21天提升幸福感正念冥想疗愈》第十二课-滋养灵魂的力量在体内流动

冥想前

今天儿子开学,为了他调整好时间和心情上学,昨晚已经早睡,也说好要上学的事,儿子都说好。结果早上起床就耍赖,哭喊着不去上学,要请假!我是穿着一件衣服抱着他就去赶校车了,出门奶奶拿了块他喜欢吃的蓝莓饼干,哭就止住了。结果上校车的一瞬间硬是要下来,老师一拉坐到位置上也不哭了。孩子很多时候真的特别可爱。一上午还有些担心孩子,结果老师发来游戏的视频,玩得开心得不得了!下午放学回来,抱着他聊了会,他说学校特别好玩,很开心,还有两个新来的同学,新来的同学不知道去哪里拉粑粑,••••••笑死我了!早上去银行办公司账号的U盾密码,一切都太高效太顺利了,看着小帅哥这么认真地办我的事,对比以前去政府部门看着又丑又老的黑脸也是喜从天降了!这从注册公司到公司基本户口完成也就是短短十来天的时间。这之前朋友们都说这起码得二个月以上,我决定要做的事,不管时间长短,立刻就办,结果让我喜出望外。这预示着今年事业格外高效和顺利吧!

中午去了一个马自达的售后,可以用平安车险洗车券,找了半天,接待人员给我指到别家去,我兜兜转转,找到洗车师傅,又叫我去财务开单,开完单让我找业务接车,找了业务说直接找师傅就行了。然后说这时间洗车就是光洗下外边,里面用给吸下灰就得了,洗不干净的,这服务也是醉了。送的东西就这么没价值吗?还是这家的服务和之前去奔弛4S店差太远了,伤不起!放下车,下雨了,又刮风,在风雨里等了十几分车的公交回家,我本想打车,心想这一打车来回得超过40了,我还特意开车过来洗,我是昏了头了吗,所以不能打车。下了车也是雨中跑回家,心里对先生有些埋怨的,知道我在风雨里等公交车,也不问我上车没,几时到家,要不要来接之类的。转念一下,他知道车里有伞哪里知道我没拿,我也没喊他来接我呀,以这些年的相处经验他是没有心细和敏感到知道我需求的地步的,所以我们之间的距离,只有我自己先迈出去,清楚告诉他我要什么,并确认他是否清楚我要什么,再由他重复我的需求以确认是否正确,这样估计就能成了。所以知道了这个状况也没什么好埋怨的了,释放消化了就好!工作上也忙起来,今年的工作是重心,同时每天要花1-2小时冥想和写日记,1~2小时练习瑜珈和舞蹈,必须要高效高效,2019学习如何高效!

晚上去学了一个小时街舞,感觉很好玩,又帅又酷,虽然我喜欢跳古典舞,然而这种截然不同的风格也是很有意思的尝试。从半年前开始接触舞蹈没人注意到我,到现在老师居然夸我跳得好,而且自己也很有感觉无论是动作,节奏感和自信都提升了很多很多。从这件事也说明了只要相信自己并坚持下去,一定可以做得很好!睡前儿子要我给他看爱奇艺,我不同意,因为睡觉时间到了,他便很生气地骂我。我便说你骂我,我就不和你玩,不让你睡我旁边,不理你,他骂得更生气了。因为我正在写着日记,所以没有好好想怎么回他。我停了两秒,说你这样骂妈妈,妈妈觉得特别难过,特别想哭,他马上就停下来了,然后安静睡觉了。

17单身 如何找到合适的另一半

❖首先,单身并不是一件坏事    我们大多数人所面临的一个问题和挑战是——如果我们是单身的话,如何找到一个伴侣?或如何找到一个合适的伴侣?这不是一件简单的事情,如何能做到这一点,我们今天就来讨论一下。 其中一点就是我们要看到,为什么我们单身?许多人单身是因为他们得到了太多来自家庭的压力,家人的逼婚等让他们很恐慌,他们觉得没有了自己。他们感觉到受控制、被干预以及有很深的压力,因为他们被父母的恐惧所侵袭,父母觉得孩子要孤独了,那就会不开心,我们也没有孙子。所以如果有许多压力的话,那么你单身的情况就会更加困难,更难找到一个伴侣。而且当有许多的压力时,你就会开始拒绝去“寻找一个伴侣”这样的念想,你会花更多的心思在自己身上,专注在自己的事业和财富自由上,也有很多的朋友。这些关系的难题对我来说太麻烦了,我不需要这个,我也不想要。所以这种对父母的逆反就会越来越深,因为父母管的太多了,以至于无法不去想象这个压力,当父母开始给你逼婚的压力时,他们是不会停止的,他们就是要干预你,催促你,让你觉得难以呼吸。所以第一件事情就是你需要说——我不想要来自外界的,来自社会,来自父母的压力,我想要静下来感受我自己,然后问一下自己想要什么。单身并不是一件坏的事情,从某个角度上来说这可能是再好不过了,因为你有你自己的尊严以及你的独立,当你决定想要一段关系的时候,你就不会从一个绝望、恐惧以及“现在没有以后就来不及了”的这种想法出发,如果你要是从一个绝望和恐惧的状态中去选择伴侣,那你一定会选择到一个错误的伴侣,因为你无法做出正确的选择。

冥想后Connecting your Heart and Your Senses.I hope you have been practicing connecting to your heart, even if just for a few moments at a time. It is something very nourishing for your soul.Have you noticed that when you remember to breathe into your heart, you start to slow down and feel peaceful? And it is not that you become a useless mush-ball – your mind has a small rest when you are in your heart, and then it is sharper and clearer than before. Did you notice that?I know that it is not so easy to connect to your heart in the beginning, because we are so used to living just in the mind, but it will get easier and easier with practice. So keep practicing!Today’s lesson combines the heart and the senses, to create an even richer experience.Remember, I am speaking about the energetic heart, not the emotional heart, and I am referring to the senses of your body (looking, listening, touching, smelling, and tasting).The heart and the senses are already connected, because they are both in the present moment. The techniqueToday’s technique is once again a tantra technique. It is about experiencing the senses through our hearts.This is a very different experience than our usual way of feeling our senses, which is through the mind. As I explained before, the mind is always filtering our immediate present-moment sensory experiences. The mind takes the information from the senses and labels it according to its past memories and experiences. For example it sees an animal with four legs and a long tail and whiskers and it immediately says ‘That’s a cat.’ Maybe it makes one or two other comments like, ‘it’s a pretty cat’ or ‘it’s a fat cat’. And then the mind moves onto something else. It doesn’t allow you to really see that cat – the uniqueness of that cat. The mind is doing this to prevent us from being overloaded with sensory information, so it is good, in a way. But at the same time it means we miss the richness of the immediate sensory experience.  So if we want to have that experience, we have to by-pass the mind and have an immediate connection with our senses and heart.You will see that when we do this technique, it is a very different sensation than usual. When we are in the heart we are in a more passive state – a state of receiving. The feeling is of resting inside ourselves and allowing whatever is happening around us to be received through the senses and to enter our inner space. When we are in the mind, the opposite is true. Our energy is going outwards, it is more aggressive, our face and body are more tense. For example, when we look for the heart the eyes are soft, almost a little unfocussed and the face is relaxed. With the heart, we see the whole picture, without any judgments about it. When we look through the mind, the eyes are harder, there is a lot of tension in the muscles around the eyes, and the mind is commenting on, and usually judging, what the eyes are seeing.Are you ready to try it out?HomeworkIn the beginning, it is good to practice this technique with things in nature, rather than people. It is a very subtle feeling that you need to get the knack of. And you need to practice until you feel very gentle and sensitive in the technique.If you try and practice this with people, they will feel very uncomfortable. Because until you learn to feel that you are resting inside, not doing anything, just allowing your senses to be directly communicating with your heart, it will seem invasive to other people.You can use a flower or a tree – see them as if for the first time, with soft innocent eyes. Let you heart have a sense of them through the image your eyes are receiving. Then close your eyes and touch them. Feel that it is your heart reaching out to touch them, through your hand. Feel that your hand is just your heart stretched out to touch.
