Yesterday , I talked with  RAQY about Why Jack ma because the richest man in China, my Filipino pronunciation teacher.  I found I made a mistake yesterday, Jack Ma is not the richest man in the world.     In my opinion, there are four reasons.  

First , Time give him the opportunity ,in 2001  ,China Joint in WTO, after that, we can  trade with so many countries easily.

Second, so many Chinese people want to change their destiny, they work hard and have so many ideas about how to change the world. Jack Ma was one of them.

Third, Internet and software technology developed so fast in China .Many young students learn internet and use internet, some of them start business online .Jack Ma and his group started business online in 1999 and they founded Alibaba Group.

Fourth, China government keep on the reform and opening-up policy, more and more foreign company ,including IBM ,Oracle,Microsoft ,Samsung open branch company in China.  These company should hire some Chinese employee, and These Chinese employee can learn foreign culture and technology. 

And the government policy adapted the development of  the internet.
