Good evening, everyone!
My name is CAI Qing , with family name CAI (insert a card: CAI蔡), and first name Qing (insert a card: Qing 清). When you try to switch the order of my family name and first name like this (insert a card: Qing清+Cai 蔡), you will certainly get this one: green vegetables (insert a card: image Green Vegetable) .Well, it happens pretty much when I was required to fill in the form of personal information online. It is quite impressive to remember one’s name in this way. Well, there would not be any confusion about my English name: Emily( insert a card: Emily). In fact, my English name was given by my university foreign teacher Caitlin in the McDonald (insert a card: McDonald and two people) downtown back to 2007. I love it because it is simple and easy to remember. When it comes to the summer of 2008, I learned about the fact that Emily is short for Emily Dickson (insert a card: portrait of Emily Dickson), an American poet, who used to live only a few blocks away from my Caitlin’s house in the states. That’s why I keep Emily as my English name for a long time.

I am a fresh graduate from Nan Tong University in the June of 2011. I was studying physics in the school of science from the year 2007 to 2011. My class was composed of 28 students, with 23 boys and 5 girls ( insert a card: 23boys, 5 girls using toilet sign ). In this sense, girls became the minority of the class, and most of time, girls were easy to identify by teachers when they were absent. That’s really awesome!
Meicun is my hometown ( insert a pic of Meihua ). As shown in the picture, it is known for the history of the prince Taibo and its symbol plum blossom ( insert a picture: taibo temple and meihua ). Usually, we celebrate Taibo Temple festival on the ninth day of Chinese new year, at a time hundreds of thousand people flood in to pray in the temple and celebrate the festival.
There is a funny story of my junior school, Wu Fen Middle School, which is also located in Mei Cun Town. I still remembered in one of our Chinese class, the teacher introduced with us a new idea: Wu Wen Hua ( insert a card: 吴文化 ), of which we should be pretty proud. Wu Wen Hua stands for Wu Culture. Unfortunately, Wu Culture sounds like No Culture ( insert a card on the opposite: 无文化 ) in terms of Chinese pronunciation. Don’t you think so? Wu Culture VS No Culture ( insert a card: 吴文化 VS 无文化，Wu Culture ). However, the story was not over yet. The other day, students continued to make fun of Mei Wen Hua ( insert a card: 梅文化 ) as Mei Wenhua ( insert a card: 没文化 ).

I am also a member of Sunflower Volunteer organization in town and volunteer in a few events. Last December, our team took thirty new citizens from local primary school to Wuxi Museum, watching the dynamic movies and learning about Wuxi Culture and Wuxi History. Just before the last spring festival, our team went to celebrate happy new year with senior people living in the nursing house. A teammate and I took photos of senior people in advance and put photos on the smiling wall of the happy house ( insert a pic: smiling face ). The most wonderful part of the design was, when they were stepping in, senior people smiled at the smiling face in the picture on the wall. We had also started a program of teaching retired people in the community to use computers and internet last March. In this way young volunteers can take advantage of the chance to contribute to the community..
Well, currently I am working temporarily in the government section of village construction ( insert a card: build house and bridges ). I am now still living with dad and mom in town, a town knows for Wu Culture and Mei Culture. Personally, I am interested in the math game as Sudoku(Pic: sudoku) and KenKen (pic: kenken ). I am also interested in video games like angry bird and Plant VS Zoombies(insert pic:). Thank you for your attention!
