问题出现

在conda中安装numpy时出现如下报错

Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): failed
ProxyError: Conda cannot proceed due to an error in your proxy configuration.
Check for typos and other configuration errors in any '.netrc' file in your home directory,
any environment variables ending in '_PROXY', and any other system-wide proxy
configuration settings.

解决方法

在当前环境下输入

set _PROXY=http://?:?

如果换到base环境下使用，虚拟环境依然报错。
之后就可以正常安装包了。
