25分钟hit

《庄子》,长者不为有余,凫胫虽短,续之则忧,鹤胫虽长,断之则悲。Sounded simple enough. Yet I'd sit on these silent retreats,  sweating through T-shirts in the middleof winter. I'd  take naps every chance I got  because it was really hardwork. Actually, it was exhausting. The  instruction was simple enough but I was missing  something really important.

10分钟拉伸+5分钟半平板支撑+15分钟腹肌
