1 Behavior by forces or own making

老：I have to admit, being forced to work or study helps to gain achievements. This behaviors abounds in many situations, such as a ballet dancer, an engineer working in ahigh pressure company. (Thanks to the characteristic of being highly effective since this behavior pattern is consist with their interestsand willingness, people gradually come to accept it, know it, andfinally are willing to keep this.) This character enable their abilities ,which used to be unacceptable and unrealistic,to promote their interests and achiever their goals in terms of efficiency.

新：I have to admit, the competting pressure among employees and students helps to gain achievements. Rigid requirement regulate people's behavior patterns, making them to behave in a socially accepted way in adulthood. For example, adults know how to show good manners and keep company with others rather than using bad words and cheating them after having acknowledged the consequence of bad behavior. Because of their trepidation of being punished when they break the rule,close relationship will be established and they can concentrate on their tasks.Thus the work productive can be greatly promoted ,and they also can makeprogress in their career.

老：However, people do not always applaud it as an effective measure ,sometimes even at the cost of sacrificing individual’s personality and uniqueness. Neither is it possible that everyone can tolerant great pressure created by tasks with highly demands and rigid peer pressure.

老：While I can not turn a blind eye to copious people who have fulfilled their dreams, I am hesitant to generalize hastily it to all kinds of people. 1Pandering to the work or the market due to the power of an audacious（压力体现在领导的权利）team leader may gain some handsome achievements for a while, but the resulting person will lose its value due to the absence of enduring attractions and merits in essence. For supporting examples, lets turn to popular stars, an elegant actor with flamboyant decorations in his /her clothes, or an athlete who have got a golden media. 2 Have they gained enviable profits or the worldwide fame? Perhaps. Has their adulatory catering to their boss or the leader earned them abiding merits? Hard to say. The vary fact that the company must force them to work in fast pace of work reveals that these evanescent values and the trepidation of losing its value due to the changing market.

新：While I can not take ablind eye on copious people who have to cater the market and their managers than their intereat and personality, I am hesitate to generalize it to all kinds of situations. Exposing to great pressure environment can motivate our potential ability and gain handsome profit for a while, but the resulting person will lose their creativity and problem-solving ability. For supporting examples, let us turn to a child, if his or her parents who establish rules give priority to the obedience, the child will not know what to do in workplace without his/her parents directions.Works today are getting much complex than before, and the child will be helpless without imagination to solve these daunting task. Thus the child is not likely to have a job prospect.
