As a loyal reader of your newspaper, I always appreciate your insightful report of social problems. I am writing this letter to express concern over white pollution.
In our regions, plastic bags are still going on using, our people seem to not know restrictions by the government. To solve the issue, I believe it is imperative that the government and related organizations get to further promote laws and rules in our city. In addition, I’d like to suggest that plastic bags be offered at a higher price, and provide greener alternatives. Furthermore, newspapers should play a major part in how to publicize the importance of the restrictions and the concept of green consumption.
I hope you will find the above suggestion useful and call on the public to be more involved in environmental protection.
