To collect personal data with your app,you must make it clear to the user that their personal data will be uploaded to your server.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue,please revise your app to include a privacy policy URL in the App Information page on iTunes Connect and ensure that the URL you provide directs users to yout privacy policy.

只需要在这里添加个方法url就行，项目里什么都不用改；

1.严格的说，应该是能打开url,里边是公司的隐私政策网址。但是基本上很少有测试网址的真假。
2.一般添加网址，提交申请后一个工作日内就会收到回复，比正常审核要快很多的。重新提交后及时查收邮件
