tximport报错：Error in .local(object, ...) : None of the transcripts in the quantification files ...

salmon数据用txiport导入R时，明明用的都是一样的转录本注释，但是提示None of the transcripts in the quantification files are present

txi <- tximport(files, type = "salmon", tx2gene = t2s)
#reading in files with read_tsv
#1 2 3 
#Error in .local(object, ...) : 
 # None of the transcripts in the quantification files are present
  #in the first column of tx2gene. Check to see that you are using
  #the same annotation for both

根据提示修改，添加参数后解决了问题：
