People always think pregnancy is very easy and happy. Because people always wouldn't tell the world they have a baby until the baby is born. So other people who haven't experienced pregnancy would think giving birth to a baby is very easy, because they don't know the process of having a baby. They only know the baby comes to the world suddenly. So only when I am pregnant now, I find that having a baby is really a difficult job.
At first, you are excited to find that you're pregnant. And then you would worry whether it's ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy means the baby grows up at a wrong place and it may lead to the mummy bleeding a lot in the body and sometimes may even lead to death of the mummy. When you're pregnant for over forty days, you can go to th hospital to check whether it's ectopic pregnancy or not. If it's not, congratulations, you have passed the first round.
Then, you need to be very careful, because during the first three months, the baby is very weak and mummy is facing high risk of losing the baby. So mummy need to walk slowly, avoid heavy work and have more rest. Yeah, you just need to be more careful, it's not difficult.
However, the second and third month is really not easy for mummy. Because mummy would experience vomitting and a bad appetite during the second and third month. How long it would last and how bad the appetite may be quite different for different mummy. Only a few mummy are lucky to experience a short time of vomitting and bad appetite. For many mummy, vomitting and bad appetite would last for a long time. On one hand, you have a bad appetite; on the other hand you're having a baby and you need to eat more. So you always feel hungry but you don't want to eat. What you can do is to force yourself to eat something. It's really difficult for me. And I am worried all the day what should I do if I feel hungry, what can I eat. So I would avoid unnecessary movement to reduce the need of food.
