将公用系统和1#炉的控制器(型号为CP60)升级为新控制器(型号为FCP270),控制器不再集中布置,升级后的控制器随卡件柜布置。
3、对现有公用系统和#1炉及1#机卡件柜利旧改造,卡件底板更换为最新的FBM底板,原有卡件保留。
4、将工作站全部升级为最新的工作站(型号为H92),操作员站和工程师站性能将大大提升。
5、公用系统和1#炉及1#机升级完毕后,可根据要求启动公用系统和1#炉及1#机,进行正常生产运行,同时对2#炉、3#炉和2#机进行升级改造,这两个炉在升级后逐一接入新的Mesh网络系统,既保证生产安全,又使得现场停机时间不会太长,保证生产连续。
6、控制系统主要施工步骤
软件部分:
(1) 现有系统软件备份,包括组态、画面、系统定义盘等;
(2) 根据新的系统定义,制作系统定义盘,并使用新的定义盘进行工作站安装;
(3) 现有Unix平台下画面和逻辑转换到Windows平台;
(4) 将系统原有组态以及功能恢复至Windows平台后进行调试以使系统原有功能在windows平台完整保留并且运行正常;
硬件部分:
(1)新机柜安装就位;
(2)电缆光缆铺设,光缆熔接;
(3)新控制器(型号为FCP270)安装;
(4)原有卡件柜改装旧底板拆除,新底板安装,卡件恢复;
(5)系统恢复、上电,检测控制器、工作站及I/O卡件状态,测试DCS各部件工作情况。
五、结论
通过本次的升级改造,使本厂的DCS系统控制器(型号为CP60)升级为新控制器(型号为FCP270),控制器不再集中布置。工作站全部升级为最新的工作站(型号为H92),操作员站和工程师站性能将大大提升。解决了原来卡件停产造成备件采购困难的问题,同时通过DCS整体升级改造增加了设备的稳定性,为长时间的稳定连续生产打下良好的基础。groups of triggers are respectively taken from the synchronous transformer corresponding to the rectifier transformer.
