Every book will have at least one protagonist
First of all, let me introduce the first part~Who is the hero of this book.
, and the name of the protagonist in this book is Gulliver.he was born in Nottinghamshire and was the third of five son.His family is nether very rich nor very poor,so his father was able to send him to Cambridge University. When he left college,he became a doctor. But he always want to travel,so he made several voyage as a ship's doctor. But when he got married, he stopped sailing.
And when he started sailing again, the story began……
Next, let's take a look at the second part-How did he start his wonderful adventure.
When he started sailing again,At first their voyage went well. But then a violent storm hit them. The wind drove their ship on to a rock which broke the ship in half. The wind and waves pushed Gulliver along as he struggled to keep his head above water. He became very tired and soon felt he could not swim any more.
But fortunately, just then his feet touched the ground. He walked out of the sea and on to a beach, where there was no sign of any people or house. He was so exhausted that he lay down and went to sleep.
When he wakes up, what kind of story will be waiting for him?
So let's go to the third part-Meet the Lilliput for the first time.
When Gulliver woke up next morning, and tried to get up,he found he couldn’t move.Soon he felt something alive moving on his body. When he looked down,he saw a very small human being, only fifteen centimeters tall.
If you saw these small humans that how you would be do.
Our hero Gulliver was so surprised that he gave a great shout. And then he wanted to struggle and untie the rope that tied to the body.but just as he managed to pull his left arm free of the ropes,he felt a hundred arrows land on his free hand, and more arrows on his face and body. This was very painful, and made he cry aloud.
So he calmed himself down to see what would happen next.
When these small humans saw Gulliver was no longer struggling. They were stop attacking him.
So Gulliver understood that they would be friendly towards him-if he did not try to harm them.
Finally, they gave Gulliver some food and drink and carried him to their capital. However, Gulliver was still tied by the rope.
Next, how about Gulliver will be? Free or imprisoned?
Well, that's all for today's sharing. To sum up what we share today, Gulliver calms down quickly when encountering emergencies and avoids greater conflicts.
Did you learn?See you next time.
wish you have a sweet dream and good night.
