1.主机40%负荷加车程序
主机30%负荷（70转）每运行48小时，主机加车至75%负荷（95转）运行一次。主机由低负荷上升到75%MCR后，在75%MCR稳定运转一小时，并完成主机参数测取、主机增压器压气端、废气端的清洗。每个月主机90%负荷（100转）运行一次。
主机变负荷操作要求
① 主机从40%MCR升到50%MCR（83转）为人工缓慢增加，时间不得少于30分钟（应急情况除外）；既从76转至83转每转要求4—5分钟；
② 主机从50%MCR升到75%MCR为程序负荷；
③ 主机从75%MCR降至50%%MCR为程序负荷；
主机从50%MCR降到40%MCR为人工缓慢降低，不得少于15分钟（应急情况除外）；既从83转至76转每转要求2—3分钟.
注意：本船程序负荷的起始转速为83转，当主机加车转速超过83转时程序负荷控制，当主机转速减速至83转时取消程序负荷控制。
2.主机应急操作程序
Emergency control procedure
Take out the “stop pin”, turn the hand wheel anti-clockwise until the governor is disconnected from the fuel pump.脱开止动销，逆时针转动手轮直到调速器与油泵脱开为止。
Check and turn the valve 105 is in the required position(ahead or astern)
检查并转动阀105位于要求的位置（正车或倒车）
Turn the valve 100 from “NORMAL” to “EMERGENCY”
阀100从“正常”转到“应急”位置。
Set the hand wheel to “START” position, then activate the START valve 101,when starting level RPM has been reached to minimum RPM, release the START valve.转动手轮至“启动”位，按下启动阀101,。当启动转速达到最低稳定转速后，松开启动阀。
Turn the hand wheel, regulate the engine speed to required rpm.转动手轮调节机器到要求的转速。
