How do you deal with your anger?

In our life, we often feel angry about  something, although we are positive, it still can’t be avoid. How do you deal with your anger?

To my regret, I passed my anger to others  before, it’s unfair to them, it’s not their fault. Later, when I feel angry or negative, I will  tidy up my mood before see my friends. I  will calm me down, and think of what  happened, if I still sad to the consequence whether it’s available?

Everything will get better, and I don’t need  to waste time to angry. If I positive to it,  what will happen. At least I’m happy at the moment. That’s important for me. After measure and compare, I know what I need to  do.

So whenever meet with unhappy things, I  always give myself some time to think of it. Maybe five minutes later, I will get recover. My friends say I have no temperament, they are wrong, I just recover faster than them.
