scrollIntoView失效

原因：scrollIntoView()和requestAnimationFrame()目前不能同时存在
方案：需要滚动请使用scrollTo()

示例：

  // about.value.scrollIntoView({  //  requestAnimationFrame 导致 scrollIntoView 失效
