秋丛绕舍似陶家， 遍绕篱边日渐斜。
不是花中偏爱菊， 此花开尽更无花。

As if poet Tao’s yard, my house is surrounded with bushes of fall.
Lingering about in admiration, I notice not the sundown at all.
Not that I favor chrysanthemums over flowers of another kind.
Only when they are gone, no decent blooms will I ever find.
