WIN10 Windows store应用商店无法安装打开UWP应用解决方案

win10系统故障率实在是太多，而且莫名其妙就会给你来一发！

最近就遇到微博UWP程序无法打开使用了，其它的UWP正常。卸载手动清理了C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution缓存还是没卵用。google一下，最终得以解决。

解决方法：

1. In the Search bar, type Windows PowerShell.
2. Right-click the first result and select Run as administrator.
3. Type or copy paste this command: Get-AppxPackage windowsstore | Remove-AppxPackage.
4. Once its done, restart your computer.
5. Open the Windows PowerShell again and reinstall Windows Store using this command: Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}.
6. Once its done, sign in to Windows Store and see if its working.

在执行第二条命令时需要开启防火墙服务！
