The line graph shows average global sea level altitude, measured in millimeters for the years 1997 to 2005 in one-yearly intervals. Overall, the graph shows the altitude increased gradually over the nine years. From 1997 to 1999, the altitude keep stable on 5 millimeters, and then go up to 10 millimeters in 2000. They climbed sharply from 2000 to 2002, and then regain stable, only rose slightly over the next three years to nearly 22.5 millimeters in 2004. But from 2004 to 2005, they suddenly have a dramatically increase to approximately 30 millimeters.
