今天主要关注三个维度中的第一个维度,语言提高,我以和线的形式highlight语言提高部分。 点(词汇) 收集了一些自己不认识/不常用的词汇,在以后的表达中可以有意识的去应用。

reminisce [ˌremɪˈnɪs]

verb. to think, talk or write about a happy time in your past

wobbly [ˈwɒbli]

adj. moving in an unsteady way from side to side

incense [ˈɪnsens , ɪnˈsens]

noun. a substance that produces a pleasant smell when you burn it, used particularly in religious ceremonies

verb. to make sb very angry

线(句子)

收集了一些自己很喜欢或者很受启发的句子,在以后表达中可以有意识的应用,增加表达的色彩和亮点。

- I'd like you just to take a moment to think, when did you last take any time to do nothing?

- We can't change every little thing that happens to us in life, but we can change the way that we experience it. That's the potential of meditation, of mindfulness.

- All you need to do is to take 10 minutes out a day to step back, to familiarize yourself with the present moment so that you get to experience a greater sense of focus, calm and clarity in your life.
