1. What do you do for work?
Well, I have a part-time job in an engineering firm. As my major at university is engineering, I am able to use my knowledge and get hands-on experience doing this job. I believe it has given me valuable working experience.
2.Why did you choose that job?
I chose the job because it helps me get experience in my field of study, which I want to pursue as a career in the future. It may not be my dream job, but it is well-paid and there are good opportunities for me in the future.
3.Is your job interesting?
To be honest, my job in an office is not always very interesting, but I like the people that I work with, which I think is important. The experience of facing various challenges at work also helps me grow as an adult and gain confidence.
4. Do you miss being a student?
I honestly think that schooldays were probably the happiest days of my life, so yes, I do miss it. As a student, you may face the pressure of academic work, you could make close friends, who, hopefully, are your friends for life.
5. Do you like to work with others or just by yourself?
I think I actually enjoy working with others. Working as a part of a team is an important skill you need both in the workplace or getting on with others in life, I enjoy sharing ideas with others because I can learn new things from others.
6. What's the most important thing in teamwork?
In teamwork, the most important thing is being tolerant of others and open to other's ideas, we need to release that we all have different ideas and still work for a common goal.
7. When was the last time you worked with a team?
I have worked on many team projects both at university and in my job. Of course, there are times when people's personalities clash. Everyone can learn something new from each other when they share knowledge and skills.
8. Do you like to be a leader?
I don't think I really enjoy being a leader because there are a lot of pressures and decisions to make. However, I am willing to take on the challenge if I have to
