区分真实和非真实的痛苦
When we are feeling painful,ask yourself,is this real or unreal?
每当我们感觉痛苦的时候，我们必须要问自己，这个是真的么？
when you recognize this is real,give it time and space;
如果它是真实的痛苦，给它时间和空间；
when you recognize this is unreal,ask yourself: do I choose fear or love?
如果它是非真实，你需要问你自己，你是选择恐惧还是爱？
If you choose fear,you will stay there and indulge in the drama and the projection.
因为如果你选择恐惧，你就会待在那里，沉溺在内心小剧场和投射之中。
if you choose love,you step back and get to reality instead of giving energy to emotions.
如果你选择的是爱，你会后退一步看到实相，而不是继续把能量给到情绪。
the clearing process（清理的过程）
If you want to go to love,you will have the clearing process.
1 recognize emotions and give yourself space to express it.
辨识情绪，给情绪空间，表达出来
How to express the emotion（如何表达情绪）
three techniques: dynamic,the 4 waves of emotion,the gibberish(动态静心；情绪的四个波浪；乱语静心）
choose the one that is the easiest for you .
Once you express the emotion,you sit and embrace them
2 embrace the emotion 包容情绪
3 recognize the thoughts that are activated 辨识出被启动的念头
4 Make a list of dualities 做出二元性的清单
5 wait for clarity 等待清晰
Sometimes,things are not getting there very fast;you need to be patient
事情不会那么快清楚，我们需要有耐心
Don’t rush to the solution or decisions; just wait.
不要那么快速的去到一个解决方案或者做决定，就等。
Perhaps you see something that is not ripe yet,you wait for it to get ripe.
或许你已经看到一个东西了，但是这个东西还没有熟成，所以你要去等待它熟成的时刻。
