使用被控变量
使用子控制器被控变量标签:
•取消相应复选框,从被控变量组中移除子控制器变量。
•选中相应复选框,向被控变量组中添加子控制器变量。
•若要添加“详细被控变量”,首先单击“Elaborated (1)”列名称下方的单元格。输入适当的变量名称,指定定义附加被控变量的系数。
注:所有转换变量都标有蓝色背景。elaborated控制器变量既可以是系数转换变量,也可以是普通变量的线性组合。遗憾的是elaborated CVs不能是转换变量和普通变量的线性组合。
编辑表格
通常在SMOCPro中,可添加列的表格在其最右侧都有一个空白列。将一个变量添加到表中的步骤如下:
- 将光标置于空栏的第一行并开始输入。表格末尾将出现一新空白行。
注:只有当列要添加在表格两列之间时,才使用Insert Column(插入列)按钮。 - 在顶部区域输入变量名称。
- 在必填区域里输入系数值。
注:为了清楚起见,在任一区域仅应该出现非零值。
若要删除表格中的变量:
- 选中要删除的变量列。
- 单击工具栏上的Delete Column(删除列)按钮,或单击鼠标右键后,在显示的菜单中选中Delete Column(删除列)。
子控制器权重选项卡
子控制器权重选项卡用于输入操作和被控变量的权重系数。该系数定义了控制准则。这些权重可以让用户精确地调节整个控制问题中每个变量的影响。缺省情况下,输入和输出权重将被自动计算。
下图显示了子控制器权重选项卡的主要组成部分。
注:当工作区来源于(在线)EXA文件时,若由EXASMOC进行在线整定,权重列将默认为活动。
整定建议
一般情况下,建议遵循下面的整定指南:
•使用damping(阻尼)系数和deviations(偏差)来代替weights(权重)整定控制器准则。
•根据CV deviations(偏差)开始整定过程。这些偏差量被指定为工程单位,以允许在控制问题中与被控变量等价。请注意deviation(偏差)越小,控制越严格。
•整定MV damping(阻尼)因子。注意damping(阻尼)系数越大,控制器动作越平滑。

Using Controlled Variables
Using the Sub-controller Controlled Variables tab:
• To remove a sub-controller variable from the set of controlled variables, uncheck the corresponding box.
• To add a sub-controller variable to the set of controlled variables, check the corresponding box.
• To add an elaborated controlled variable, first click on the cell immediately under the “Elaborated (1)” column name. Enter an appropriate variable name and proceed to specify the coefficients defining the additional controlled variable.
NOTE: Any transformed variables are indicated with a blue background. An elaborated controller variable can be either a transformed variable with coefficient one, or a linear combination of normal variables. Unfortunately elaborated CVs cannot be linear combinations of transformed variables and normal variables.
Editing Tables
Generally in SMOCPro, any table to which a column can be added has a blank column at the right-most side of the table. The procedure to add a variable to the table is as follows:
- Place the cursor in the top row of the empty column and start typing. A new, blank column appears at the end of the table.
NOTE: Use the Insert Column button only when the column being added is placed between two columns already in the table. - Enter the variable name in the top field.
- Enter the coefficient values in the required fields.
NOTE: For the sake of clarity, only nonzero values appear in any given field.
To remove a variable from the table: - Highlight the variable column you want to remove.
- Click the Delete Column button on the toolbar, or select Delete Column from the menu displayed when the right mouse button is clicked.
Sub-controller Weights Tab
The Sub-controller Weights tab is used to enter the weighting factors for the manipulated and controlled variables, which define the control criterion. These weights let the user tune each variable’s influence on the overall control problem with great precision. By default, both the input and output weights are calculated automatically.
The figure below displays the main components of the Sub-controller Weights tab.
NOTE: When the workspace originates from an (online) EXA file, the Weight columns default to active if online tuning was performed by EXASMOC.
Tuning Advice
In general, the following tuning guidelines are recommended:
• Tune your control criterion using damping factors and deviations instead of weights.
• Begin the tuning process with the CV deviations. These deviation quantities are specified in engineering units to allow for controlled variable equivalence in the control problem. Please note that the smaller the deviation, the tighter the control.
• Tune the MV damping factors. Keep in mind that the larger the damping coefficient, the smoother the controller moves.
