I really love how Snoop treats and educates those kids, I know this is not my first time saying it, and I think I'm gonna say it one hundred times more.
Football can teach these kids and I many things, inside and outside the field. It teaches you the life as well. Last minute u can be like everything's going ur way, and next minute u could also be like falling down to the ground for no reason.

Also, what Arron said in his sister's ceremony who passed away by a car accident. You have to cherish the time you have with the people have, because you know the time will pass, and those time will never change me back.
You get to express your feeling in front of people, that makes you get used to communicate with them and show them how you feel, then you have chance to get close to the people you love. Then you get use to express your emotion and also listen and understand others'.
