《Boulevard of Broken Dreams》是由美国绿日乐队吉他手比利·乔·阿姆斯特朗演唱、谱写的另类摇滚歌曲，该歌曲作为绿日第七张录音室专辑《American Idiot》的第二支单曲。是高中时候陪伴我许多个清晨上学路上的歌，重拾这首歌源于九月一个清晨。
清晨在秋风里微博看到最新演唱会视频，听到旋律的一刻险些泪奔。好像回到了第一次听GreenDay时候的感觉，也是秋天。
那时候是现在年龄的一半，趁着9月1日开学前，跟班里同学相约去大通娘娘山。山间有汩汩的小溪，落在地上厚厚的松针，迎面是微凉的秋风。身后传来一段音乐，有个男生用手机放了一首歌。那段前奏强烈的吸引了我，仿佛把山间林间和我们融在了一起。后来我知道了那首歌叫做《Wake me up when September ends》。
从此我开始了高二生活，上课学着政史地，下课听着Green Day。乍一听真爽，原来朋克就是在歌里胡骂，在live更胡骂。后来开始看他们歌里表达的内容，反战，政治，宗教，自由…原来摇滚不光要有嗓子，还得有脑子。迷茫，质疑，反思…在歌词里学倒装句，here cames the rain 好浪漫的表达。愤怒也可以悦耳，悲伤也可以动听。好的摇滚不只是声嘶力竭，更是振聋发聩。
到了现在三十多岁的年龄，确实不怎么听摇滚了。但每年到秋天总会不自觉的打开Green Day听几首。今早偶然看到他们最新的演唱会，还是那么躁，那么吵，比利还有当年叛逆的嘶吼，内心的摇滚DNA动了，真想能听一次现场。
又把《Wake me up when September ends》打开，插上耳机，音量开大，在九月晨间的凉意里，阳光洒在草坪上，我好像回到了那个十六岁少年的光景。
对了，觉得自己没听过Green Day 的朋友，《变形金刚》里不光有Linkin Park，还有《21 guns》，巨巨巨巨好听。
