Ma Xiaoqiu:Help others,achieve yourself
我们几乎都会看到这样的一个现象，出生只有一百天左右的宝宝，在和同龄宝宝一起玩耍时都会相互争夺玩具，这一行为是不教而会的一种天性。
We almost always see the phenomenon that a baby born only about a hundred days or so will compete for toys when playing with a baby of the same age.This behavior is an instinct that is not taught.
所谓天性，其实就是人在生生世世的轮回中，由善恶行为的因素所产生在当下的现象。比如有人天生拥有一副好嗓子，有人天生丽质，有人天生擅长文，有人天生擅长数，这些都是我们在过去生中所修习的结果。总之，天地万物都是因缘所致。
The so-called instinct is actually the current phenomenon generated by the factors of the good and evil behaviors of the people in the reincarnations of their generations.For example,some people are born to have a good voice or beautiful appearance;some good at arts while others good at mathematics,all of which are cultivated results in our previous generations.In short,everything in heaven and earth is caused by karma.
但非常遗憾的是由于我们受尘垢的污染，我们忘记了自己的本性，我们失去了认识自己的能力。我们看自己就像站在一面布满污垢的镜子面前，我们所看到的并不是自己的真实面目。我们被假象迷惑了，我们认为那个充满污垢的镜子里的人就是自己，于是我们对自己的认识产生了莫大的偏差，这种偏差导致我们在做人做事时顛倒梦想，以假为真，以真为假。
But unfortunately,because we are polluted by dirt,we have forgotten our own nature and we have lost our ability to know ourselves.We see ourselves as standing in front of a mirror full of dirt.What we see is not our true face.We are confused by illusions.We think that the person in the mirror full of dirt is myself,so we have a great deviation from our own understanding.This deviation leads us to reverse our dreams when we are doing things,false for true,true for false.
例如，我们会把＂人不为己，天诛地灭＂这句话，理解为人都是自私的，人如果不自私就不会去创造，于是就会遭天报。大错特错！在此，我想举例说明，讲一个从小听到大的故事：一个母亲非常疼爱自己的儿子，从小到大，母亲都不辞劳苦地满足儿子所有的需求。后来，儿子长大了，需求也更大了，母亲满足不了，儿子便开始以不正当的手段骗取财物，最终因抢刧杀人而走上了一条不归之路。在行刑枪决时，儿子要求再喝一口母亲的奶，于是儿子用坚硬的牙齿咬掉了母亲的乳头，这是儿子临死前对母亲溺爱的仇恨。这就是＂人不为己，天诛地灭＂的真实写照。
For example,we will interpret the phrase“Every man for himself,and the devil takes the hindmost.”that people are all selfish.If they are not selfish,they will not create,and will be punished by heaven.It is absolutely wrong!Here,I would like to give an example to tell a story that I heard from the young to the elder:A mother loves her son very much.From the baby to growing up,the mother has worked tirelessly to meet all her son’s needs.Later,when the son grew up,his demand was even greater.The mother could not satisfy,the son begins to illegally cheat and finally be sentenced to death for killing people in rubbery.At the time of the execution,the son asked for suckling his mother another milk the last time before being shot,but he bites off his mother’s nipple with his tough teeth.It was the hatred of the son towards the doting mother before his death.And it is also the true portrait of this phrase:“Every man for himself,and the devil takes the hindmost.”
发生这一事件的原因，在于我们认识的颠倒，母亲总以为满足儿子的愿望就是爱，母亲这些行为既没有为儿子着想，也没有为自己着想。母亲根本就不懂得，当坏事做到一定数量的时候，灾难就会降临。这还不是最可怕的，更为可怕的是那个被枪决的儿子，到死都没明白＂人不为己，天诛地灭＂的道理。而这位可怜的母亲，在儿子临死前咬掉自己乳头之后，应该明白是自己害了儿子。
The reason for this incident is that our cognition is upside down for this case.The mother always thinks that the love is to satisfy her son’s desire.The mother’s behavior is neither for her son nor for her own sake.The Mother does not know at all that the disaster will come when the evil deeds are accumulated to certain number.This is not the most terrible.What is even more terrible is that the son who was shot down did not understand the words:“Every man for himself,and the devil takes the hindmost.”And the poor mother,after the son gnawed his nipple before his death,finally knows that she had hurt her son.
＂人不为己，天诛地灭＂，所有的利己都是建立在利他基础之上的，正所谓＂圣人无私，而成其私＂，我们翻开历史的记载，从古至今就没有任何一个自私自利的人能成就一番大业。实言：要想实现自己美好的梦想，先去成就别人，方可成就自己。
“Every man for himself,and the devil takes the hindmost.”All self interests are all based on benefiting others.It is so called“A saint is selfless,but accomplish his private desires.”We open the record of history.No selfish people could accomplish great success from the ancient time on.To be honest:if you want to realize your own dream,firstly you make others successful and then you may unexpectedly find your demands met.
