During the day
一天当中
The sun rises in the morning
有太阳升起的时候
While it falls at dusk
也有下沉的时候
In your whole life
人生也一样
There are also daytime and night
有白天和黑夜
But life is not the sun
只是不会像真正的太阳那样

有定时的日出和日落
It dpends on individuals

有些人一辈子
Under the sunshine in thier whole life
都活在太阳的照耀下
While others have to stay at dark night.
也有些人不得不活在漆黑的深夜里

人害怕的
The sun being there all the time
就是本来一直存在的太阳落下
Does not rise any more
不再升起
And the light shining on your heart
也就是害怕原本照在身上的光芒
