心得:学习是成功教学的必要因素之一也是首要因素,这一章反复提到‘learning’,导致某一瞬间我竟然觉得这是学生读的学习策略,其实老师也应该如学生般与时俱进不断学习,力求通过所学去点燃学生的思考和好奇心,而不是单纯的传授知识。当然学习一定是个痛苦的过程,学一定是由无知到知再到无知不断循环的过程。就如那句话所言,知道的越多才发现自己是多么的无知。但就是对这种‘无知’的敬畏心才让我们不断进步!
