今天看Dragon's Den - great to see how succucessful business people make investment decisions:
- business runner's drive to grow the business, no conflict of interests. E.g. Family business is a killer, they tend to go for what they want, and once they clue together investors get nothing.
Investors respect laid-back life styles but that not something they want to invest.
- Great product. It has to be the right product with a great business potential
- great people. Investors would like to work together with you. Make sense, know what you're talking about, reliable.
