6am challenge - day 6 & 7

Because of Nov 11th, I failed my challenge on day 6. The sleep wasn’t bad, but I felt tired throughout the day. I guess it's because I slept late than the past couple of days.

On day 7, which is this morning. I woke up at 6am and start right away, focusing on my tasks. I got a couple of high priority things I really need to focus on, and they all are time sensitive.

Though I had about 7 hours of sleep last night, I no longer feel tired and sleep like day 1. Starting tomorrow, I plan to wake up at 5:45am, then I can make sure I get up at 6am. We shall see.

One thing that come in my mind is, I need to do some exercise. I haven't go to the gym for a month or so, mainly because of fever and recovering from the fever. But it's winer time now, and it starts getting cold. The gym won't open till 10am. So I can either go the gym in the evening, or go for a quick run early in the morning.
