After watching these series of Rapture, I start to notice the combination of beats and rhythm in between a song, and begin to be able to distinguish what a good song should be made of.
So listening to A Boogie with da hoodie's songs, I use the same standard to justify it. And I find out his songs are easy to sing along, just like him, a person you think is down to earth to he touch with.
Maybe that's why he is so popular among teenagers.
Though I haven't seen big goals or ultimate core personality in this series, I still think this young star has a lot for me think about myself.
A boogie with da hoodie is the last one of the first season of Rapture. And I really love it after watching it. It gives me more than I expected to see in a Hip-hop oriented series. And it motivates and inspires me so much about the life and attitude I can have to deal with this world.
Looking forward the next season, and a better version of myself : )
