这个时代是快速发展的时代，物质横欲，人人都在追求，但当我发单的时候，也看到，大家内心都很焦虑恐惧，努力使自己活的更好，我们瑜伽爱好者，很多也是由于迷失了自己，才通过瑜伽找到自己，我曾经在奔三的时候，也很焦虑，因为比较，因为恐惧，因为怕自己一事无成，找不到自己的幸福，一度在寻找生命的真义，人生的价值，那时我有选择去拜佛；有选择去看世界；也有选择在书籍中寻找，但最终被生活淹没。这个时代不堪于战争年代的恐慌，因为飞速发展，更新时代，有些百年企业沉默了，有些行业被莫名的外行击败，大家都在拼命活的出类拔萃，怕被这个时代遗弃，怕落后……这些都源于我们丢失了自己，如果掌控了自己，即将强大无比，最近看了《佛陀》这部记录剧，有所收获，有所感慨，我一度在追寻幸福的道路上，很迷茫，恐慌，那是我只是在对比，我也把这部分享给大家，希望大家在当下活的更好，更能平静的生活。
看完之后，可以互相讨论，但是明确说明，没让你出家那么浅显，只是希望大家找到自己之后，能在当下活的喜悦，也能影响身边的人喜悦，幸福，平和，寂静。
