1.delusion:a false belief about yourself or a situation you are in;the belief that you are much more important or powerful than you really are
eg:He is under the delusion that I gonna to cheat him.
2.painstaking:characterized by extreme care and great efforts
eg:Broken bones were painstakingly pieced together and reshaped.
3.tremor:an involuntary vibration (as if from illness or fear)
eg:Sometime these faults are very small, and we then feel only little tremor.
4.ambiguous:open to two or more interpretations; or of uncertain nature or significance; or (often) intended to mislead
eg:You will lose your special ambiguous friendship with her, and going to work with a broken heart may make the office a grim place for a while.
5.hamper:a restraint that confines or restricts freedom (especially something used to tie down or restrain a prison
eg:But the lack of resources and capacity may hamper their efforts, experts have said.
6.totem:an animal, plant etc that is thought to have a spiritual connection with a particular tribe, especially in North America, or a figure made to look like the animal
eg:I especially noticed adifference as the camera pans towards the totem, I chose to focus on the backdoor with the kids.
7.amulet:a small piece of jewellery worn to protect against bad luck, disease etc
eg:When the farmer opened the tightly sealed amulet a dog jumped out and ran away, along with his successful crops.
8.nonplussed:filled with bewilderment
