In this morning class, I asked the students to recite some key points and a composition. In the meantime, I asked them not to have breakfast if they didn't accomplish the task. In reality, I just pushed them to improve the efficiency of the morning class. Even if they don't finish the task, I just have a conversation with them and tell them to set aside sometime to complete after having the meal.
But as I entered the classroom, a student told me he would have breakfast. When I asked whether he finished the task, he said "no" and then he told me "studying is his own task,It's none of my business." As a teacher, what I should do?
How to deal with him?
