我发现，不想荒废时间的人无论在什么情况下，都可以有收获。散步、聊天、逛街、看电影、听音乐，甚至“葛优躺”，这些举动大凡是人都曾有过。但我们在这些场景下如何收获呢？心是眼睛的主导，眼睛是思想的工具。只要用心去调动眼睛，用神去察顔观色，就能得到一个比较高层次的收获。除了眼睛看到的物质视界，更有无限广阔的精神世界。所以，不同的人，在同一场景下会有不同的收获。智慧的仓库无穷之大，就看我们怎样去收纳……

2、圆融、慈悲与包容
Harmony,Mercy and Tolerance
常言道：“酒逢知已千杯少，话不投机半句多。”知己可遇而不可求。知己的对话，是在同一个思想境界和同一种心灵频谱里面进行的。知己之间一次畅快淋漓的交流，除了语言撞击出来的火花之外，还有语言无法替代的心心相印、心领神会的精神通道。
As the saying goes:"if you drink with a bosom friend,a thousand cups are too few,if you argue with a man,half a sentence is too much."The confidant can be met without seeking.The confidant dialogue is conducted within the same ideological realm on the same spiritual spectrum.A lively exchange between confidants,apart from the sparks from the words,there is also a spiritual channel that can't be replaced by the language and the mind is in touch.
当然，在现实生活中，在生命的每一天，我们或多或少都要面临很多不同频道的对话。这时的交流，要么是为了达成某种目的的手段，要么纯是消耗时间和精力的废话。
