appium 启动wda报错：
（1）'RoutingHTTPServer/RoutingConnection.h' file not found'报错
（2）xcodebuild failed with code 65
解决方案：
1.cd /Applications/Appium.app/Contents/Resources/app/node_modules/appium-xcuitest-driver/WebDriverAgent
2.在wda根目录下,输入sh ./Scripts/bootstrap.sh下载依赖，wda重新编译
3.重新build了project后，就没有报错了
4、如果执行sh ./Scripts/bootstrap.sh的时候，如果因为权限不够报错。
继续执行：sudo chown -R username ~/.npm (username=mac的用户名)
需要输入密码，再次执行sh ./Scripts/bootstrap.sh即可。
5、执行sh ./Scripts/bootstrap.sh的时候报错，如图：
解决方案：
缺少carthage依赖，执行：brew install carthage
6、如果还是报错：
ERROR | [iOS] unknown: Encountered an unknown error (/usr/bin/xcrun simctl list -j devices
xcrun: error: unable to find utility "simctl", not a developer tool or in PATH
解决方案：
打开xcode->perference->location，设置command line tools.
7、报错：run scripts from the root of respository
解决方案：
sudo su
sh ./Scripts/bootstrap.sh
