To keep healthy ,I usually exercise for 30 minutes every day,such as running or playing basketball.I also eat more vegetables and less junk food.Drinking enough water is important too.
About family rules,I have some too.For example ,I must finish homework before playing games and go to bed before 10 P.m. At first ,I didn't like them,but now I understand they help me develop good habits.Maybe you can talk with your parents about the rules you dislike.

In our family,we should order some rules.For example:The children should do their homework before playing games and before 9:30 go to bed.
We must eat more vegetables and fruit and less junk food.We should drink enough water and less soft drinks,although we like soft drinks.
On weekdays,the children can't hang out with their friends because they have so many things to do.For example:playing piano,walking dogs,swimming and so on.
In our classroom,we should order some rules too.The children can't bring mobile phones to the class because they need to focus on learning.They can not bring snacks to the classroom because classroom need to keep clean and tidy.
The children must wear uniform in the school because it build school spirit.
The rules are hard,but they can help us become a better person.
