Pippi said to Annika what a stupid bull it was. Annika cried uncontrollably and Pippi said that the bull ought to know he couldn't act like that and he would get Tommy's white sailor suit all dirty. Pippi said that she would have to go and talk some sense into the stupid animal. And off she started. She ran up and pulled the bull by the tail. She asked the bull to forgive herself for breaking up the party and as she had given his tail a good hard pull the bull turned around and saw a new child to catch on his horns. Pippi went on that as she was saying please forgave herself for breaking up and also forgave herself for breaking off. And with that she broke off one of the bull's horns. She said that it wasn't the style to have two horns that year and all the better bulls had just one horn. And she broke off the other horn too. As bull have no feeling in their horns, this one didn't know what she had done. He charged at Pippi and if she had been any other child there would have been nothing left but a grease spot. Pippi shrieked and asked the bull to stop tickling herself. She told him that he couldn't imagine how ticklish she was and if he didn't stop she would die laughing.
