If winter comes,can spring be far behind?——Shelley
The “corporation”,a biggest paper company in China,where I have been employed several months,has to confront with the close trouble—“winter”.
It is not simply the weather to become cold,but they are very disappointed in here,for a disproportionate number of new training students who were designed to learn some skills and exhibit their ambitions.However,they have worked numerous labouring works a month at least,for example,brush paint,weeding,as well as extra others.So,they are running out their hopes,then,and expected to find a new company.
For hunman resource department(HR) also knew this problem very well.But to change this situation is a scramble,because moans are mounting, which means that new training students cast doubt on HR who have to take some new measures to gurantee thier prestige.Then,they collected various problems for advanced administrators and took much off-stage conversations with students,in order to hungry for some tips or ideas.
Actually,although the salary is increasing or at least considerable more than past,it seems difficult to reduce the resignation rate,especially for students.According to past few years,the new training students accounted for about a few of the gross workers.
It is impossible to break the ice,when it is freezing.
