ITO patterned glasses were sonicated twice in acetone and once in 2-propanol for 15 min each
boiled in 2-propanol for 30 min and dried in the oven.
After these steps, the glasses were treated with UV-ozone to make the surface hydrophilic.

Store immersed in water until required
