Creator a checklists

Check and record details
Present ur “selected” findings
End with positive tone
Be specific when u highlight the good things
-After the meeting
Add further remarks
Submit the written report
“Each and every piece of advice will make a difference”
三、Storytelling
Ur mind is operated by story.
Three lines…different story…experience （the speaker gave three sentences to let the audience guess what happened)
If no story, numbers are not important
Story should make sense to the audience.
Showing a video
Change ur words, change ur life.
“It’s a beautiful day, and I cannot see.”
Common: use common thing to connect the audience
“I” is not a good start.
Emotion:
Contrast: change
How you say: how u tell the truths
Only keep essential
Have a story bank
