The SMART CL PROGRAM in Division Q was successfully held on February 19,2017 in HP,2727 Jinke Road, Pudong Area, Shanghai. There were lots of fellow members and distinguished guests attended the meeting. There were such lots of userful key skills sharing during the whole meeting. Here are showing some important points I have learned.
How to be a great grammarian？
1.Bigger Picture
Being a grammarian is a way that can be DTM one day.
2.Smaller parts but important
Be a grammarian is all about evaluation which need listening, thinking, giving feedback and time management together.
3.Data collection-Data selection
Be a grammarian which need to pick out ,identify word and phrase, take note with color pen, make a story with connection in a grammarian report.
How to be a great table topic?
1. Trick as below photo
2.Did role play ( such as a boy play as Mum, a girl play as Son, talk about special love)
3. Debate (such as opinion of positive side: boy chasing girl, opinion of negative side: girl chasing boy)

1. Don't need to cover everything, take all roles, it's just a speech, do now, you can!
2. Preparations in whole things in advance.
3. Don't need to cover everyone, just take most time of best parts of meeting.
It's difficult to continue to take GE role
1. You must give kinds of solution which should fit for purpose, fit for individual and how to fix the disadvantages whom have.
2. You must say something differently except repeat.
