About forgiveness.You know when you said “I can forgive, but I cannot forget ”is only another way of saying“I will not forgive”.Beacause forgiveness ought to be like a canceled note torn in two,and burned up,so that it never can be shown againest one.
When you are jealous of others, I want to say“One of the sanest, surest, and most generous joys of life comes from being happy over the good fortune of others.”
When you think life is boring, I hope you can think of it.The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new lands but seeing with new eyes.
When you want to be a successful person, I want to say“people begin to become successful the minute they decide to be. But I'd like to say more“we need people dream impossible things, who maybe fail, sometimes succeed, but in any case who have that ambition.”
And how to success? Take up one idea.Make that one idea your life-think of it,dream of it,live on that idea.Just leave every other idea alone.This is the way to success.
Finally, as your mother, I want you to be happy, so I want to say“Happiness resides not in possessions,and not in gold.Happiness dwells in the soul.”
